According to the Inspector of the Hanoi Department of Information and Communications, this advertisement is not consistent with the confirmation of the Department of Food Safety (Ministry of Health). This behavior violates the provisions of Clause 6, Article 27 of the Government’s Decree No. 15/2018 / ND-CP dated February 2, 2018, detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Food Safety. .

This behavior is sanctioned for administrative violations as prescribed at Point a, Clause 2, Article 70, Decree No. 158/2013 / ND-CP dated November 12, 2013 of the Government on sanctioning in the field of literature. chemistry, sports, tourism and advertising.

Mr. Pham The Anh will have to pay an administrative violation penalty against an individual with the amount of 12.5 million VND. According to the Inspector of the Hanoi Department of Information and Communications, Mr. Pham The Anh must strictly obey the sanction decision if he does not want to be coerced.
