According to Truong Gia Binh, AI has played a new role, a new mission is to talk to patients to find out what state they are in. As a result, AI can promptly detect severe cases that need to be hospitalized and save lives.

“During the recent Covid-19 pandemic, we had 2.6 million calls using such AI. This is a glorious mission that we did not expect FPT AI to do,” shared Mr. Truong Gia Binh. .

Specifically, during the peak of the Covid-19 epidemic in June and July in Bac Giang, FPT’s virtual assistants participated in supporting the control, screening and tracing of infections.

In just one day, the chatbot made 120,000 calls to trace and screen cases. This number of calls would take 60 days if left to the medical staff. Mr. Truong Gia Binh said that the contributions of virtual assistants have contributed to helping Bac Giang become a “green province” within a month.

According to the head of FPT Corporation, to defeat the epidemic, we have only one way to act faster than Covid-19. Technology can do this.
