Currently, with the fact that the demand is gradually becoming saturated, the National Population Database is ready for connection and exploitation to authenticate information, it is necessary to take decisive measures to check control and overcome the abuse of spam SIMs and anonymous SIMs to manage the society transparently and protect the interests of people and businesses.

Simultaneously, conduct an immediate verification of active SIM data, ensuring the correct matching between the three components including information of subscribers registered at telecommunications businesses; subscriber’s personal information in the National Database on population and information of actual SIM users/owners/holders, completed before July 30.
Mobile telecommunications businesses are also required to develop plans, conduct verification, and update information for subscriber numbers identified by the National Population Database as having inaccurate information. according to regulations, ensure completion before September 30, 2022.
