US judge gave this order to Donald Trump for financial irregularities

US Court On Donald Trump: A US judge on Thursday ordered that former President Donald Trump file answers to questions in connection with an investigation into his business activities. Judge Arthur Angoron ordered that Trump and his two children, Ivanka and Donald Trump Jr., obey a summons issued in December by New York Attorney General Leticia James.

Trump’s children should file statement within 21 days

The judge issued the order asking Trump and his two children to record their statements within 21 days. The judge gave the ruling after a two-hour-long cross-examination of lawyers for Trump and James’ office.

The court said that in the final analysis, the state attorney general had launched an investigation into a business entity and found ample evidence of possible financial fraud and now wants to question and answer a number of people associated with the business. They have a clear right to do so.

There is an allegation of fraud in the valuation of properties

An appeal can be made against this decision. A Trump spokesman has yet to comment on the decision. James said his investigation found evidence that Trump’s company “falsified” the valuation of properties such as golf courses and skyscrapers to obtain debt and tax exemptions.
