According to media reports, businessman Satan Lal was shot dead in Ghotki district on Monday over a land dispute. A friend of the deceased businessman told that a cotton factory and flour mill were inaugurated on Satan Lal’s land. Where some people shot and killed Satan Lal. The friend told that initially it was thought that this firing was done to welcome the spiritual leader of the community, Sen Sadharam. The deceased had earlier pleaded for justice

It is being told that the deceased Hindu businessman Satan Lal had also requested the Chief Justice of Pakistan and other officials to get justice. A large number of protesters blocked the national highway on Tuesday in protest against the killing of a Hindu businessman. The police have arrested the gangster Bachaal Dahar and his accomplices, accused of killing Lal. Earlier, in an effort to put pressure on the law enforcement agency to nab the criminals, the local people staged a sit-in in front of the Daharki police. Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Sukkur said that the culprits involved in the incident have been arrested.
