The Russian vaccine Sputnik V has been claimed to be up to 95% effective on the corona virus. A second interim analysis of clinical trial data tested that 91.4% efficacy by Sputnik V vaccine was observed 28 days after the first dose. The Gamalaya National Center of Epidemiology and Microbiology in Moscow, Russia’s capital, has claimed that 42 days after the first dose, the immunization efficacy is 95%.
According to a statement, the Russian vaccine Sputnik V in India is going through the second and third phase clinical trials. One dose of this vaccine will cost less than $ 10 for international markets. RDIF continues to expand on existing agreements with international manufacturing partners to produce the vaccine for more than 500 million people in 2021.
It is being told that vaccination of this vaccine will be done free of cost to the people of Russia. The first international delivery of the Russian Sputnik V vaccine will be made to customers in January 2021 on the basis of existing partnerships with foreign manufacturers. Customers who have recently submitted their requests will be able to receive the first batches of vaccine starting March 2021.
