According to the Ministry of Health, by the morning of November 16, out of more than 100 million doses of the vaccine that had been injected, nearly 36 million doses were the second dose. At least 17 provinces and cities are vaccinating children 12-17 years old: Ninh Binh, Quang Ninh, Lang Son, Lao Cai, Dien Bien, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Ria Vung Tau, Dong Nai, Tay Ninh, Soc Trang , An Giang, Vinh Long, Binh Duong, Kien Giang, Ca Mau, Hau Giang.
