In particular, the number of orders through Postmart and Seashell floors has increased by about 2 times compared to before Ho Chi Minh City social distancing.

Sharing about changing the operation flow when cooperating with supermarkets and food stores, a representative of Vietnam Post said: “When there is information about the customer’s order, the system will send the order to the nearest warehouse to deliver to the receiver. Such single distribution will help reduce shipping costs and delivery times, keeping the freshness of the products.”.

Characteristics of orders from supermarkets and food stores are usually concentrated in a certain area around the location of that supermarket or store. Therefore, although the number of orders increases, but the delivery route remains unchanged, Vietnam Post and Viettel Post still ensure the goods demand of people in the days when Hanoi is apart.

In the coming time, both businesses are committed to continue monitoring the epidemic situation in provinces and cities across the country to promptly activate implementation plans, ensuring the supply chain of essential goods in the epidemic area. .
