PM’s visit to Bangladesh: PM Modi will offer prayers in these temples today, special preparations have been made

New Delhi Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Bangladesh on a 2-day visit on Friday. Today is the second day of PM Modi’s Bangladesh tour. During the second tour, PM Modi will offer prayers at Yashoreswari and Orkandi temples located in Bangladesh. In view of PM Modi’s visit, temples have been decorated and special preparations have been made.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will begin the second day of his Bangladesh visit by offering prayers at the Yashoreshwari and Orkandi temples in southwestern Shatkhira and Gopalganj. Special preparations have been made for the worship of prayers in PM Modi’s temple.

PM Modi will perform archana at Yashoreswari Kali temple

Prime Minister Modi met politicians on the first day of the yatra on the occasion of Bangladesh’s 50th Independence Day. On the second day, he will leave for Ishwarpur village and will offer prayers at Yashoreshwari Kali temple, one of the 51 Shakti Peethas scattered in India and neighboring countries. After this, PM will also visit the memorial of ‘Rashtrabandhu’s father Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’ at Tungipara in Gopalganj district.

Please tell that the officials of Bangladesh have renovated the Yashoreswari temple in southwestern Shatkhira before the visit of Prime Minister Modi. Before leaving for Bangladesh, Prime Minister Modi tweeted that he is very excited to worship Goddess Kali at the ancient Yashoreshwari Kali temple.

Possibility of signing MoU

Prime Minister Modi said in a statement on Thursday, “I am especially looking forward to my conversation with the representatives of the Matua community in Orkandi, from where Sri Sri Harichandra Thakur ji gave his holy message.”

After his visit to the temples, Prime Minister Modi will hold talks with his counterpart Sheikh Hasina and is likely to sign an MoU between the two countries. After this, PM Modi will also meet the President of Bangladesh, Abdul Hameed.
