Specifically, essential sales points, people in need of shopping and household shoppers can find each other on the platform. Accordingly, volunteers who go to the market and sell points will register on Zalo Connect.

The platform has pre-made forms for necessary items such as food, medical supplies, etc. Volunteers who go to the market only need to choose an item and an address for the community to contact. Those who need help to go to the market will actively send messages to volunteers to send their request.

The Zalo Connect relief connection platform has now been deployed in 21 provinces and cities across the country. These localities include Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, Long An, Dong Nai and Binh Duong and many provinces and cities that are implementing social distancing according to Directive 16 in the southern region.
