Pakistan: Sikh Hakim shot dead after entering a clinic in Peshawar

Minority In Pakistan: Another case of atrocities on minorities has come to light in Pakistan. A Sikh Hakim was shot dead by unidentified gunmen in Peshawar on Thursday. Police said that Hakim Sardar Satnam Singh (Khalsa) was hit by four bullets and died on the spot. The attackers managed to escape from the spot. Singh was running a clinic on Charsadda Road in the city.

According to the 2017 census, Hindus have the largest population in Pakistan among the minority community. Then there are Christians. Sikhs, Ahmadis and Parsis are also minorities in Pakistan.
