This is a rather fascinating political documentary on an old world, that of the PS from the 1970s to 2000. Fascinating in particular by all that it suggests to us, valid both on the right and on the left.

The 1980s were the era of advertisers, the advertisers, who later became more presentable communication and strategy advisers. Politicians were fascinated and thrilled. In this film by Jean-Pierre Pozzi, we discover or rediscover a figure from the shadows, Gérard Colé, adviser to François Mitterrand before 1981 and for many years afterwards. Friend of Jacques Pilhan, passed on to posterity, Gérard Colé embarked the future socialist president, as much with his ideas as with his white Jaguar which he still talks about with relish, from his airial des Landes… We will also remember Jacques Séguéla’s mauve Rolls, parked in the courtyard of the Élysée.
