Vietnam Fine Arts Museum has just held the Launching Ceremony of the iMuseum VFA Multimedia Voice-over Application.

This is a multimedia application (high quality audio, text, images), helping users to visit online or directly at the Museum.

According to Dr. Nguyen Anh Minh – Director of Vietnam Fine Arts Museum, after more than 2 years of researching, building content and developing technology, the iMuseum VFA has been put to the test since December 2020.

Based on feedback, comments from visitors and experts, iMuseum VFA application has gradually improved content, improved user experience and officially launched on April 22, 2021.

After downloading the application, users can scan the QR code next to the works at the museum to receive explanatory information.

The application uses QR code scanning technology and locates iBeacon. Currently, iMuseum is available on the application market of two platforms operating system Android and iOS.

More than a conventional automatic voiceover application, iMuseum VFA also has outstanding features such as allowing high-quality viewing of works, reading of introductory content, and pinpointing the exact location of the display. objects, see the diagram of the display system, distinguish the rooms that have been, are and have not been visited by color …

With just a mobile phone or tablet with an Internet connection, visitors can freely explore 100 typical works on the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum’s regular display system anywhere, anytime. whenever.

According to representatives of Vietnam Fine Arts Museum, the fee for using multimedia explanation application is 50,000 VND for 8 hours of use. iMuseum VFA currently supports 8 languages: Vietnamese, English, French, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish and Italian (German language will be added in the coming time).

The iMuseum VFA application is the result of a socialization project in cooperation between the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum and the Vietnam Mobile Application Software Joint Stock Company (VINMAS).
