Recently, the health sector has changed the number of medical declarations, when people quickly tested positive and declared online on the Covid-19 Patient Management System. From March 18, the Department added the F0 warning feature of risk groups, when the application identifies an elderly patient with a background disease, it will send a message to the doctor of the health station. This helps health station staff closely monitor and not miss high-risk groups, promptly advise and provide treatment drugs as well as hospitalized as soon as indicated. Currently, more than 1,200 F0 belonging to the high-risk group through online declaration have been actively approached and cared for by the health station.
The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health said that the campaign to protect at-risk groups has contributed to reducing the number of cases, the number of severe cases and the risk of death from Covid-19. Over the past month, the city recorded 1-3 deaths per day.
