The latter poses nude in these stolen photos, recorded even today on servers. In July 2021, five photos resurfaced within the Bigard Magazine, a special edition created by the comedian of the same name. Particular attention is paid to them in the section “Jean-Marie Bigard’s favorites”, devoted exclusively to photographs of naked women.

Believing the case closed – the hacker was sentenced to 9 months in prison and a fine of $ 5,700, the 31-year-old actress is once again facing her stolen photos. My trauma will exist forever ”. The actress obviously refers, without mentioning it, to Jean-Marie Bigard’s magazine.

On October 8, the Nanterre court ordered Medialyd, the company that published the magazine, to pay 20,000 euros in damages to Jennifer Lawrence “For the reparation of his moral prejudice”. In making this decision, the court relied on “The particularly intrusive nature of the breaches noted”, according to the summary order. “The high amount of compensation awarded testifies to the outrage aroused by this publication and should dissuade anyone who might be tempted to reproduce these stolen images.»Justified at Parisian Vincent Toledano, the actress’s lawyer.
