Adults can improve coughs by simply gargling with warm salt water diluted, avoiding places with a lot of dust, cigarette smoke, and keeping the place clean. Children under 2 years of age have a cough, parents can take care of their children as usual, pay attention to clean the body and the place where the child lives, and give them warm, soft foods with enough nutrients.
