The disappearance of senior Russian military officials from the public eye is a sign that the Russian government is trying to blame for the military failure in Ukraine. The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Oleksey Danilov, said this. As reported by Ukrainska Pravda, he said, "Currently they (Russian officials) are trying to find out who is to blame for Russia entering into this risky venture (war in Ukraine), while there is no information about our country."
He said his government structure is currently implicated in blaming (for Russia’s military failure in Ukraine). The FSS (Federal Security Service), Russia’s premier security agency and the successor to the USSR’s KGB, are pointing fingers at the military for not doing their job properly and the military says it is other structures to blame.
