In 2027, it will be necessary to have 30% of women in the management committees of groups of more than 1,000 employees, and 40% in 2030. Last December, parliamentarians voted the Rixain law which imposes such quotas in the governing bodies. In the SBF 120, 36 companies are already in the nails. Twenty-five have more than 30% and eleven already more than 40% of women in their executive committees (comex). Among the latter, Legrand, Schneider Electric, Sodexo, Gecina, Eutelsat, Lagardère, Maisons du Monde, and even Rubis.
In other words, more than two-thirds of the major groups listed on the SBF 120 must urgently recruit or promote women. Heidrick & Struggles, the headhunting firm, has taken stock: at constant scope, today 78 are missing in the executive committees of the SBF 120 (33 for the CAC 40) to reach the first threshold, in five years . And, in all, 212 (78 for the CAC 40) for the 40% threshold. Not to mention those that will need to be replaced over the period.
