On December 13, Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung signed Decision 1970/QD-BTTTT approving the scheme to determine the index to assess the level of digital transformation of enterprises and support to promote digital transformation of enterprises.

The project consists of a set of indicators for assessing the level of digital transformation of enterprises shared across the country (referred to as “Digital Business Indicators” in Vietnamese for short). abbreviation DBI); and tasks and solutions for organizing and deploying the application of the Index.

The index measuring the degree of digital transformation of large enterprises has a total of 25 component indicators and 139 specific criteria. The index assessing the degree of digital transformation of corporations and corporations is synthesized on the basis of the results of the assessment of the degree of digital transformation of member units multiplied by an appropriate weight.

Also in the newly approved scheme, the Ministry of Information and Communications also provides that the level of digital transformation of enterprises is divided into 6 specific levels, increasing gradually from 0 to 5, of which 0 is not yet digitally converted, and 1 is not yet. – Warm-up, level 2 – Begin, level 3 – Formation, level 4 – Advanced, level 5 – Lead.
