The Ministry of Health stipulates that people returning from segregated areas continue to isolate at home for another 14 days, not to go out of the house, so they should be isolated in a private room and cleaned every day.
This regulation was introduced when Vietnam recorded 3 cases of entry, after the end of isolation, they found positive for nCoV, causing infection to the community.
First, those who have gone home from isolation to return home by road must ride their own car arranged by the quarantine person, the immigration agency or the owner of the concentrated or local quarantine facility. All must wear masks during transportation, wash their hands with an antiseptic solution when getting in, out of the vehicle and during transportation; install and open a traceability application (Bluezone) continuously and apply personal protective measures, make medical declarations according to regulations. Limit stopping, parking and eating along the road.
If traveling by means of air transport or ship, it is necessary to notify and contact the carrier in advance that the quarantine has completed the concentrated isolation so that the carrier knows and has a plan to arrange the preventive measures against epidemics (such as seating positions, infection prevention measures …) when using vehicles.
Isolation at home like

During self-isolation, if there are signs of fever, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing, fatigue, chills, loss of taste, seek medical attention immediately.
If it is necessary to move to another locality, it is necessary to notify the Centers for Disease Control of the province or city where you stay in advance for health monitoring.
The person separating should be isolated in a private room or in a private corner, at least 2 meters away from everyone in the house. It is recommended to choose an isolated room or location at the end of the air circulation in the house to limit the spread of the virus to other locations. The room has open windows, lots of light. There should be an empty area outside the room to disinfect before going to the common areas.
Items that need to be prepared in the room include a bed, furniture, a separate toilet with soap, a separate towel, toilet paper, a tissue, and a plastic garbage bag. In the absence of a separate toilet, it is possible to use the same toilet but disinfect after the sick person has finished using the toilet.

Have a television set for entertainment or a children’s toy. Control TVs, mobile phones in ziplock bags or plastic bags to disinfect for easy.
The living quarters of the isolated people and the common living areas in the accommodation and accommodation must be cleaned and disinfected every day. You can use ordinary detergents, disinfectant solution containing 0.05% active chlorine to ensure contact time on the surface is 10 minutes, or 0.1% active chlorine to ensure contact time above. surface is one minute, or contains at least 60% alcohol. Wipe with a rag or cloth with clean water first, then wipe with a clean detergent or disinfectant solution, as a rule, from clean to dirty areas, from the inside out, from top to bottom.
Particularly for young children, there is a need for a healthy person to take care of and supervise them during the period of isolation, not to let the elderly stay in the same house as the child. Caregivers must not leave the isolation room, contact family members, outsiders or pets, and have their own meals.
Caregivers must have sufficient personal protective equipment for use when necessary, such as medical masks, medical gloves, shoes, goggles, and clothing.

Before washing clothes, soak clothes in laundry soap for at least 20 minutes and use a washing machine with washing machine at 60 to 70 degrees Celsius. Then, dry in a separate, sunny place.
As a rule, home isolators are allowed to sample for nCoV testing on day 7 (from the end of concentrated isolation). If the test result is negative, continue monitoring your health until the full 14 days; If the test result is positive, quarantine at the medical facility.
