India again helped Afghanistan, sent 5 lakh doses of Covaxin

Afghanistan: There is an atmosphere of panic around the world with many other variants including the Omicron variant of Corona. Meanwhile, India has sent humanitarian aid to Afghanistan. India has given 5 lakh doses of COVID-19 vaccine to Afghanistan. According to media reports, a consignment of humanitarian aid containing 5,00,000 doses of Anti-Corona Covaxin has been sent. The consignment containing 5 lakh doses of Covaccine has been handed over to Indira Gandhi Hospital Kabul. This information has been given by the Indian Ministry of External Affairs (MEA).

India sent humanitarian aid to Afghanistan

Afghanistan is facing many crises amid the Corona epidemic. The Indian government has said that it is committed to providing humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan. The government has made it clear that 1 million doses of Kovid-19 vaccine are to be given to Afghanistan under humanitarian aid. After the supply of Covaxin on Saturday, the remaining five lakh doses of vaccine will also be supplied to Afghanistan in the coming time.

India will also supply food grains

Apart from this, the Government of India will also ensure the supply of food grains as help to the citizens of Afghanistan. According to the information, in early December, India had provided 1.6 tonnes of medical aid to Afghanistan through WHO. Let us tell you that the economic condition of the country is very bad since the Taliban took power in Afghanistan in August 2021.
