Accordingly, the city needs to inject two doses of AstraZeneca for 800,000 people who have had the first injection between 8 and 12 weeks; 2 injections of Moderna for 200,000 people who have received the first dose for 4 weeks.
To achieve the goal of injecting 7 million people aged 18 and over in the city, Ho Chi Minh City proposed to be granted 5.5 million doses of the vaccine from August 5 and on a continuous schedule until August 31. During this time, the city needs an average of 210,000 doses of vaccine per day.
