New cases are distributed in 8 districts, including: Dong Anh, Ba Dinh, Hoai Duc, Cau Giay, Me Linh, Bac Tu Liem, Hoang Mai, and Thanh Tri.

According to CDC Ha Tinh, the woman is a fruit trader, from Hoang Van village, Cam Duong commune, Cam Xuyen district, residing in Dong Tru Tay village, Ky Dong commune, Ky Anh district. On August 4, she had a fever, bought her own medicine and treated it at home. On August 7, he went to Cam Xuyen District Health Center for a quick test of suspicious results, and the test results at CDC Ha Tinh were positive for nCoV.
