Specifically, regarding the development of digital government, Hanoi strives to have 100% of level 4 administrative procedures provided on mobile devices; 90% of job profiles at city level, 80% of job profiles at district level and 60% of job profiles at commune level are processed in the internet environment … At the goal of digital economic development, Ha Inner striving to achieve the proportion of digital economy in the total product in the province about 30%; increase labor productivity by 7-7.5% … For digital society development, Hanoi will have broadband infrastructure covering over 80% of households, 100% of communes, wards and towns; universalize 4G / 5G services and smart mobile phones …
