Hanoi adds 10 more suspected cases of Covid-19

On the morning of July 25, Hanoi Department of Health recorded 10 more positive cases of nCoV, related to 6 current outbreaks.

Of these, 4 people at SEI Company, related to Bac Giang, including:

Three women, both in Dong Anh, including: 35 years old, address Hai Boi commune; 31 years old, in Vong La commune; 41 years old in Vinh Ngoc commune. They isolated at the company from July 5, then moved to concentrated isolation in Thach That and Soc Son, tested negative many times. On 24/7, they tested positive for nCoV.

Nam, 22 years old in Hien Ninh, Soc Son, is a worker at factory F2, SEI Company, has been off work and isolated at home since July 5. On July 14, the man tested negative for the first time.

2 people related to Bui Thi Xuan, Hai Ba Trung

Male, 80 years old and female, 41 years old, living in Thinh Liet, Hoang Mai, have relatives F0. They were isolated in concentrated isolation in Tu Hiep, Hoang Mai on July 18, with symptoms of fever and cough on July 22, and tested positive on July 23.

2 people related to cough and fever screening in the community

Female, 58 years old, in Vinh Loc 1, Phung Xa, Thach That, had a cough and sore throat since July 15, tested positive for nCoV on July 22.

A second person infected from F0 is female, 27 years old, from Phung Chau, Chuong My.

1 person related to Ho Chi Minh City female, 32 years old living, Cau Dien, Nam Tu Liem. She lives in Tan Phu, Ho Chi Minh City, went to Hanoi on July 21 on flight VN260 (seat 30A), was isolated at her accommodation, tested positive for nCoV on July 22.

1 person related to Tan Mai, Hoang Mai is a male, born at 17 years old in Phu Lam, Ha Dong, has a relative named F0. On July 21, the male student was taken for testing and transferred to concentrated isolation, then had a fever and tested positive for nCoV on July 23.

Thus, as of the morning of July 25, Hanoi recorded 7 clusters of unknown cases, including:

– 14 cases of cough and fever screening in the community and 32 secondary infections.

– 45 cases related to Duc Tam Pharmacy, 95 Lang Ha.

– 66 cases related to cluster Nguyen Khuyen, Dong Da.

– 65 cases related to Tan Mai, Hoang Mai.

– 30 cases related to Bui Thi Xuan and Hai Ba Trung streets.

– 21 cases related to Bo Trai Gang, Hai Ba Trung.

These clusters of infections were recorded from July 16, of which on July 23, 64 cases were recorded, the highest in the 4th outbreak. In addition, the cluster related to Ho Chi Minh City, recorded from July 5, until now 68 cases; cluster related to Bac Ninh 17 cases, related to Bac Giang 72 cases.

The total number of infections from April 29 to now in Hanoi is 699, of which 430 are in new clusters (less than 14 days). Hanoi is actively screening cases of cough and fever in the community, taking random samples of bus drivers and assistants for screening tests and risk factor assessment.
