The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said on Saturday that Nah was monitoring reports of allergies to the Kovid-19 vaccination. The CDC also made recommendations on how people with allergies should be helped.
Do not give the second dose of vaccine to people with severe allergies
According to the report published in the Indian Express, the agency has also said that anyone who has had severe reactions with the Kovid-19 vaccine should not be given a second dose. The CDC said that people who have a severe allergic reaction by any ingredient in the Kovid-19 vaccine should avoid the vaccine. Explain that two vaccines have been approved under Emergency Use Authorities in the United States.
People suffering from severe allergies due to the vaccine must consult their doctors. The CDC also said that people with food, pets, latex or environmental conditions, as well as those with a family history of severe allergic reactions to the drug, can still be vaccinated.
Five allergic reactions are being investigated
Significantly, the US Food and Drug Administration is investigating five allergic reactions that occurred to people in the United States this week after Pfizer Inc. and BioNtech SE’s Kovid-19 vaccine. On Friday, the FDA said that the Moderna Ink Vaccine, which received Emergency Use Authorization, should not be given to people with a history of severe allergic reactions.
In the midst of all this, the UK medical regulator says that one should not be given Pfizer-Bayontech Kovid-Vaccine in case of a history of anaphylaxis, or severe allergy to medicine or food.
