“The Ministry of Information and Communications has set a target that in 2021, there will be 50,000 small and medium-sized businesses accessing the program, of which at least 30,000 businesses will be able to experience the platforms for free,” said Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Huy Dung.
