Apple: is a source of many nutrients. However, the high fiber and fructose content in apples can make it difficult for you to digest. Therefore, if you are in an outbreak period, you should limit it.

Secrets: Contains a lot of water that is easy to digest for people with ulcerative colitis. However, squash is also high in fiber, which can cause discomfort during flare-ups.

Fermented foods: The beneficial bacteria in fermented foods (yogurt, pickles) support digestion very well. Regular consumption of fermented foods can help reduce flare-ups.

Products from butter, milk: These products may cause symptoms in people with ulcerative colitis. People who are lactose intolerant should also avoid dairy, as they may experience symptoms similar to those of ulcerative colitis.

Potato: contains glycoalkaloids that can disrupt the integrity of the cell membranes of the intestine. People with ulcerative colitis should not eat to avoid aggravating the inflammation.
