Medical declaration is necessary to control people at risk of Covid-19 infection. Right from the beginning of the Covid-19 epidemic, Vietnam has had regulations on medical declaration for people going to and coming in epidemic areas, people entering hospitals, passengers on flights, subjects F2, F3.

In the context of complicated epidemic developments, the conclusion of the meeting of the Standing Committee of the National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control and the meeting between the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee and the leaders of the two provinces of Bac Giang and Bac Ninh on 16/02 5, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam assigned the Ministry of Health to direct the provinces, first of all Bac Ninh and Bac Giang, to supplement the necessary subjects for medical declaration to ensure the anti-epidemic requirements.

Carrying out the above task, on May 25, the Ministry of Health issued a document on expanding the subjects of electronic medical declaration in service of Covid-19 epidemic prevention and sent to the People’s Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities.

Currently, the world’s Covid-19 epidemic continues to be complicated, according to the Ministry of Health. In Vietnam, although the epidemic is under control, there are still many potential risks and can erupt in any locality if the solutions to prevent, detect and quarantine are not implemented in a timely manner. , zoning, stamping translation.

To serve the prevention of the Covid-19 epidemic, the Ministry of Health requests the People’s Committees of provinces and cities to urgently direct the strict implementation of medical declaration for: all people entering, exiting or transiting Vietnam; people who are in an outbreak; concentrated isolators; people going through epidemic areas and/or returning from epidemic areas; workers in factories and industrial parks in epidemic-hit provinces and neighboring provinces; people who come to medical examination and treatment establishments; people taking aircraft, trains, ships, long-distance buses.

The electronic medical declaration is done on the page https://tokhaiyte.vn of the Ministry of Health or through the installation and use of one of the application software: Medical Declaration (Vietnam Health Declaration), Bluezone .

People’s Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities are also suggested to launch a movement, calling on people to respond and voluntarily declare health for the whole people, monitor the health situation, when having symptoms of cough, fever, etc. Notify local authorities, immediately contact health authorities to be examined and tested.

At the same time, strengthen inspection, supervision and strictly handle cases that require medical declaration but intentionally violate according to the provisions of Decree 117 dated September 28, 2020 of the Government. penalties for administrative violations in the health sector.

Bac Ninh and Bac Giang mobilize the people of the whole province to make medical declarations

Bac Giang is the hottest spot of the fourth outbreak of Covid-19 in Vietnam.
