Did Russia Use Chemical Weapons in Mariupol? Ukraine gave this answer

Russia Ukraine War: Ukraine’s Deputy Defense Minister Hannah Malayar said on Tuesday that Ukraine does not confirm that Russia used chemical weapons while besieging the southern Ukrainian port city of Mariupol. “There is a theory that these may be phosphorus weapons, official information will come later,” Malayar said in televised commentary. According to news agency AFP, Russia’s Defense Ministry did not immediately comment on this.

Let us tell you that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky warned on Monday that Russia could use chemical weapons in Ukraine. Britain and the United States have said they are aware of reports that Russia may have already used chemical agents in Mariupol. Britain said it was working with partners to verify the reports.

Russia denies allegations of using chemical weapons
Moscow has already alleged that Ukraine is accusing Russia of preparing to use chemical weapons without evidence. Last month, the Kremlin said the US’ talk of Russia using such weapons was a tactic to divert attention from Washington’s strange questions.

,Russia cannot be isolated
Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday that his country cannot be isolated. Putin, who visited the Vostochny Space Launch Center in Russia’s Far East, said Russia has no intention of isolating itself and foreign powers will not succeed in isolating it. “It is certainly impossible to isolate anyone in today’s world, especially a vast country like Russia,” he said.
