Why have Covid-19 vaccines but no electronic certificates? This is a question asked by many people when the national Covid-19 vaccination management platform has been put into operation and recorded many positive results.
In order to quickly and effectively deploy the vaccination campaign, ensure publicity, transparency and create conditions for all people to register for Covid-19 vaccination, Center for Technology for Covid-19 Prevention and Control The country has put into operation the National Covid-19 Immunization Administration platform.
This platform consists of 4 systems: Electronic Health Book Application, Covid-19 Immunization Information Portal, National Immunization Support System and Response Center (MCC).
For people, the clear benefit of the National Covid-19 Immunization Management platform is that everyone can easily register and look up vaccination health through the website and application.

According to information from the National Center for Technology for Covid-19 Prevention and Control, at the injection points of the platform application, after 30-60 minutes, the injector receives an electronic certificate of having received the Covid-19 vaccine. -19.
However, reflections from many people show that, despite having been vaccinated against Covid-19 for a while, not everyone has received an electronic certificate of vaccination.
Bringing this question to the application development unit, the representative of this unit said that there are many reasons why some people have not received a certificate of vaccination.

The first reason is that the vaccination points of the above cases have not yet applied the National Covid-19 Immunization Management platform. At these facilities, data storage is still done on paper and has not been updated to the system.
In addition, there is a second reason, that there are people who inject vaccines at the injection site who have applied the platform, but due to the large injection data, it has not been updated to the system. That’s why many people have been vaccinated against Covid-19 but do not have vaccination certificates on the app.
In mid-July, when sharing more details with PV VietNamNet about this issue, Mr. Ngo Vinh Quy – Deputy General Director of Viettel Enterprise Solutions Corporation (Viettel Solutions) once said that we had injected before. vaccine, but the platform is maturing. Therefore, with the previous injections, people’s information has not been updated on the system.

According to Mr. Quy, the national vaccination management platform has just been put into use and is still in the intersection stage. The previous injection data will be directed by the Ministry of Health to gradually update the system to provide information to the people.
In later injections, information management will be used by the platform. At that time, all information about the vaccination situation of the people will be updated on the application.
In fact, just 1 month after Mr. Quy’s statement, there are now more than 5 million injections updated on the National Covid-19 Immunization Management platform.
This number corresponds to more than 5 million vaccination certificates issued and is still increasing every day. Therefore, people do not need to be too enthusiastic because the injection information will gradually be fully updated on the system.
