Faced with the great difficulties linked to the Covid-19 pandemic and to containment, French entrepreneurs who had decided to open their business find themselves in a very complicated situation. Richard Rousseaux, for example, wanted to open a restaurant with his partner, in Aisne, in November. “The restaurant never opened, as you can see the tables are not set“, he reveals. The two restaurateurs, however, have launched directly into the take-out to compensate.
The goal ? “Become known. And in this period of confinement, I think we’re like everyone else, we need money to work and meet our needs, electricity, rent.“, explains the concerned. For the moment, he and his companion only earn enough to pay for the purchases of food and the rent. However, Richard Rousseaux keeps his passion pinned to the heart and does not intend to stop there.
