BSF and Pakistani Rangers exchange sweets on Republic Day in Sriganganagar, Jaisalmer

BSF Exchanges Sweets: The festival of Republic Day is being celebrated in India. On this occasion, the Border Security Force (BSF) exchanged sweets with the Pakistani Rangers (PAK) along the International Border in Sriganganagar and Jaisalmer districts of Rajasthan. Apart from this, BSF and Pakistan Rangers also gave sweets to each other on the Attari-Wagah border. Apart from Independence Day, Republic Day, the tradition of exchanging sweets between India and Pakistan on Eid, Holi, Diwali has been going on for a long time.

On the occasion of Republic Day, a grand parade of the country’s strength and culture was organized in the presence of the President, Prime Minister, Defense Minister and other dignitaries at Rajpath in the capital Delhi. During this, all the attractive tableaux caught the attention of the people. On this occasion of Republic Day, many leaders of the country including Prime Minister Modi, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi have congratulated the citizens of the country on the Republic Day on Twitter. Prime Minister Modi tweeted and wrote, “Wishing you all a very Happy Republic Day. Jai Hind.”

The tableau of the Indian Navy was very special

The tableau of the Indian Navy took part in the Republic Day parade at Rajpath. The Indian Air Force tableau displayed the theme ‘Transformation of the Indian Air Force for the Future’, showcasing scaled-down models of MiG-21, Gnat, Light Combat Helicopter, Ashlesha Radar and Rafale aircraft. Apart from this, a contingent of Centurion Tank, PT-76, MBT Arjun MK-I and APC Topaz also participated in the Republic Day parade. The Sikh Light Infantry Squad also showed its mettle.
