Bloody battle continues in Panjshir, 600 Taliban claims killed, more than 1000 kneel

Kabul: A bloody war continues between the Taliban and the Resistance Forces over the occupation of Panjshir, Afghanistan.  There was also a bloody conflict on Saturday, after which there is news of the death of many Talibanis. Resistance forces have claimed that some 600 Taliban have been killed in the north-eastern province of Panjshir and that more than 1,000 Taliban fighters have surrendered. Sputnik quoted Afghan resistance forces as saying this.

Resistance Force spokesperson Faheem Dasti wrote in a tweet, "600 Talibanis have been eliminated in different districts of Panjshir. More than a thousand Taliban have been captured or surrendered."

rebel group leader Amrullah Saleh has dismissed reports that the Taliban had captured the area . But he acknowledged that the Taliban’s shutdown of phones, internet and power lines made the situation difficult. Former Afghanistan Vice President Saleh said there were casualties on both sides. He said, ‘There is no doubt that we are in a difficult situation. We have been attacked by Taliban. Our army will not surrender.’
