The case discovered in Binh Phuoc is a man, 40 years old, from Xuyen Moc district, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province, temporarily residing in Di An – Binh Duong.
This man came to Chon Thanh district to work as a construction contractor. When he showed signs of fever and sore throat, he went to Chon Thanh District Medical Center to quickly test positive for Covid-19. PCR test results confirmed nCoV positive.
This case has not been announced by the Ministry of Health and is considered to be infected.
According to the Binh Phuoc CDC, by the evening of the same day, 20 F1, 11 F2 had been traced. Through rapid test, 11 F1 have had negative results, the remaining 9 cases are taking samples. Authorities continue to track down those involved.
Long An Center for Disease Control (CDC) On the afternoon of June 30, it said that 16 more positive cases were detected at Long An General Hospital, bringing the total number of infections in this outbreak to 19.
The first 3 suspected cases recorded in this outbreak include a female contract sanitation worker at Long An General Hospital, 57 years old, from Cho Gao, Tien Giang. Related departments such as General Internal Medicine, Infection Control, Cardiology and the operating room, where the suspected cases were exposed, have been temporarily locked down.
In addition to hospital disinfection spray, more than 800 medical staff, patients, and breeders were sampled for testing. The hospital has temporarily stopped accepting patients, but the hospital still ensures to receive emergency cases.
Up to now, the Ministry of Health has recorded 80 cases of Covid-19 in the community in Long An, including Can Duoc, Can Giuoc, Duc Hoa, Ben Luc, Tan An and Tan Thanh cities.
Phu Yen, On the evening of June 30, Ms. Nguyen Thi Mong Ngoc, Director of the Provincial Department of Health The locality recorded 11 more suspected cases, bringing the province’s total to 104. All of these cases have not been recorded by the Ministry of Health and are considered as suspected infections.
The new cases are all female, including 5 people in Son Hoa district, 3 people in Tuy Hoa city, 3 people in Song Hinh district. The health sector identifies 79 F1, 1,033 F2.
According to the Department of Health, “Patient 14125”, is a 58-year-old woman, from Ward 2, Tuy Hoa City, being treated at the Provincial General Hospital with severe symptoms, requiring mechanical ventilation and artificial filtration. This case involves “patient 13690”, 53 years old, the owner of Yen Nam rice restaurant in Ngoc Phong village, Hoa Kien commune, Tuy Hoa city.
In the past 7 days, Phu Yen identified 104 positive people in 5 localities, including Tuy Hoa city (66 cases), Son Hoa district (31 cases), Dong Hoa town (3 cases), Song Hinh district (3 cases). ), and Tuy An district (1 case). Currently, the Ministry of Health has announced 85 cases.
Department of Health of Dong Thap province Today, 57 more positive cases of nCoV were recorded, bringing the total number of cases to 110. Of which, the Ministry of Health announced 39 cases. The province has identified 843 F1 and 696 F2 cases.
Dong Thap currently has 4 clusters of cases: Sa Dec General Hospital, Tan Khanh Trung Commune (Lap Vo District), Military People’s Hospital, Garment Factory 6 of Huu Nghi Garment Joint Stock Company (Sa Dec City).
The epidemic broke out strongly in Sa Dec city with the first case detected was 14437, a female, 56 years old, was found positive on June 24 while being treated at the Internal Medicine Department, Sa Dec General Hospital. After that, many hospital staff, family members and patients in her room also tested positive. This outbreak has now recorded 71 cases.
A total of 8/12 localities in this province recorded positive cases, including Sa Dec City, Cao Lanh City, Cao Lanh District, Chau Thanh, Lai Vung, Lap Vo, Thanh Binh, and Thap Muoi.
