THE FIGARO MAGAZINE. – How do you feel when you release your last “James Bond” with Daniel Craig?
BARBARA BROCCOLI. – I am delighted that To die can wait finally released in theaters because we are true cinephiles and the place of this film was in the cinema. But as regards Daniel, to whom I will have to say goodbye after fifteen years of collaboration, I am devastated. So much so that I have developed a form of denial that prevents me from thinking about it.

How does this film fit into the franchise?
This is the end of a cycle of Daniel’s five films. An epic conclusion. As always there is action, magnificent sets, stunts, but emotionally this film is much richer. Particularly thanks to the story of Bond with the character of Léa Seydoux. Exploring this relationship is extremely powerful and Leah is beautiful.
