From 5:30 p.m. on February 3 to 5:30 p.m. on February 4, Vietnam recorded 84 deaths in: Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, Thanh Hoa, Thua Thien Hue, Vinh Long each 5; Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Kien Giang 4 each; Bac Lieu, Bac Ninh, Ben Tre, Dong Nai, Dong Thap, Hau Giang, Hoa Binh, Quang Ngai, Tay Ninh each 3; An Giang, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, Binh Duong, Can Tho, Da Nang, Tien Giang 2 each; Ca Mau, Gia Lai, Hai Duong, Long An, Nghe An, Quang Nam, Soc Trang, Tra Vinh each one.
