America has helped 56 million Indians in Kovid-related health training – White House

Also, the statement said that America has been working closely with the government on public health issues in India for more than 50 years.

The White House said in its statement, the US Agency for International Development (USAID) has provided health training, information about the vaccine and the necessary health equipment for its treatment to millions of Indians in this era of the Kovid epidemic. The statement also emphasized how the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has been working with the governments of India on its public health needs for more than 50 years.

CDC has given Rs 118 crore since March 2020

According to the White House statement, “CDC has released about Rs 118 crore ($16 million) for different works in India during this corona epidemic since March 2020. facilities and its infrastructure.

Also according to this statement, “In the last few years, the US National Institutes of Health (NIH) has funded about 200 such research awards in which India was also its partner. In the last five years, India’s research studies have been funded by NIH. The number of research organizations has increased from 100 to more than 200.
