The highest bid was auctioned. According to Astaguru, Egan is seen in the uniform of the Hungarian army doctor in the picture. This picture is linked to his feelings and gives a glimpse of the artist’s personal life.

Both shared a spiritual bond. The statement further said that after the decision to move from Hungary to India in 1939 and then to Lahore in 1941, Shergill had made a photograph to give to her husband’s family. Astaguru stated that the rare artwork without a doubt demonstrates his proficiency as a painter artist.

A total of about Rs 59.89 crore artifacts were sold in the auction, including a picture of Ram Kumar. His second highest bid was Rs 4.34 crore.
