This person is suspected due to the epidemiological history of having visited a public freshwater bathing point in Xuan Hai beach, Loc Ha town, Loc Ha district, during the recommended period of infection, but he has never been recorded. is a Covid-19 patient.

“During the epidemiological investigation, the health sector suspected, sent his sample to the Central Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology for antibody testing, the results showed nCoV antibodies, meaning that he was sick and recovered on his own. According to experts, during nCoV infection, he infected some other people, so far, 2-3 epidemic cycles have passed,” said Deputy Director of Ha Tinh Department of Health.

According to Mr. Tam, the epidemiological investigation showed that he and three friends went to Xuan Hai fresh water bathing spot on the afternoon of June 3, coinciding with the time of strong nCoV infection here, from 17:30 to 19:00 on the same day, but returned home. No medical declaration. On the afternoon of June 13, he had a fever, did not go to the doctor, but bought medicine to drink.

Health officials believe that he is the source of infection for 19 Covid-19 cases in Thach Ha district.

Currently, he and those related to this freshwater bathing point are in isolation.
