Second, control the outbreak from within. The deputy minister suggested that when the locality still has enough capacity for concentrated isolation, F1 must be put in concentrated isolation. However, in order to prepare for a situation where the number of cases increases rapidly, leading to a large number of F1s, provinces and cities need to soon complete the F1 isolation plan at home.
Tuesday, accelerate screening and testing to quickly isolate F0 from the community. The province needs an overall plan, a detailed test plan for each assessed risk area, and returns test results within 24 hours.
“The faster the test, the faster it is, the faster it is to remove F0, reduce infection, thereby reducing the overload of treatment facilities,” Mr. Tuyen said.
Wednesday, when detecting F0, it is necessary to quickly trace, limit the risk of “spiral of spread” from the community to the industrial park or vice versa, or spread in the community and businesses…
Thursday, improve treatment, in which treatment must be stratified to minimize mortality.
Friday, localities must ensure stability, order, safety and social security.
After the assessment, any area that continues to implement Directive 16 must strictly implement it, avoid “tight outside and loose inside”, ensure food and food support so that people can rest assured to stay in place. for people to voluntarily go out of the isolation and blockade areas, according to the deputy minister.
Mr. Tuyen also requested to speed up the vaccination schedule when the vaccine arrives at the locality on the approved master vaccination plan. Localities do not limit injection sites, the number of people injecting, ensuring epidemic prevention and vaccination safety.
