According to experts from the Department of Rehabilitation Engineering, Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy, gentle stretching exercises will help reduce pain and stiffness caused by post-Covid-19 sequelae. Hold each movement for 20-25 seconds.
Raise your right arm above your head and then lean slightly to the left. With this exercise you will feel a stretch along the right side of your body. Repeat on the opposite side.
