Bringing 100% of eligible public services to level 4 online is one of the important and urgent tasks in building e-Government towards Digital Government (Artwork).

On the basis of determining that bringing 100% of eligible public services to level 4 online is an important indicator and task in building an e-Government towards a digital government, recently, the Ministry of Information and Communications has closely coordinated with ministries, branches and localities to promote the implementation of this task.

According to statistics, by the end of the third quarter, all 20/20 ministries and sectors providing public services have issued plans and lists of eligible public services to upload online at level 4; 60/63 provinces and cities with localities, reaching 95%.

Updating data on the current status of providing online public services at level 4, representative of the Information Informatization Department: As of September 20, the national average rate of online public services at level 4 has reached 48, 27%, 4.5 times higher than 2019 and 1.5 times higher than 2020.

In particular, by the end of the third quarter, 29/83 ministries, branches and localities have completed bringing 100% of eligible public services to level 4 online. Of which, 6 ministries and branches have completed this task: Ministry of Information and Communications, Ministry of Health, Vietnam Social Insurance, Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Industry and Trade and Ministry of Science and Technology.

For localities, 23 provinces and cities have provided online level 4 for people and businesses with 100% of eligible public services including Tay Ninh, Ninh Thuan, Nam Dinh, Da Nang, Ha Giang, Lao Cai, Hau Giang, Long An, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, Tien Giang, Binh Phuoc, Thai Nguyen, Binh Duong, Ben Tre, Ha Nam, Vinh Long, Ninh Binh, Kien Giang, Phu Yen, Lang Son, Soc Trang , Binh Dinh and Bac Giang.

Deploying level 4 online public services should be a top priority

To overcome this difficulty, ministries and provinces can apply the experience of Ho Chi Minh City.
