HanoiThe 46-year-old man and his wife went to the hospital for examination due to non-ejaculation, wanting to be IVF to have a baby.
Doctor Nguyen Hoai Bac, Head of Faculty of Namology and Sexual Medicine, Hanoi Medical University Hospital, on January 19, the couple returned to re-examination after two weeks of treatment. He announced that he has regained his erectile capacity and is planning to have a baby for the year.
Before that, the couple brought each other to the examination because of infertility. His wife, 39, suggested the doctor do IVF and treat her husband impotence.
The couple already has a 14-year-old daughter, waiting for no more children. Because of shame, dignity, the two did not go to the doctor. The husband confessed that the reason for the delay was due to his inability to be erect when he was close to his wife, and he did not ejaculate during the past 11 years.
According to Dr. Bac, there are many causes of infertility, inability to ejaculate in men. To handle it, the only way is to see an early doctor for prompt treatment.
Failure to ejaculate is the inability to ejaculate during intercourse, although still having a good erection. Non-ejaculation has many causes from congenital diseases such as cysts, abnormal tumors along the genital tract; systemic and inflammatory diseases; due to the use of drugs or it can also be due to the masturbation habits such as masturbation on the stomach, watching movies while masturbating, using tools. Therefore, depending on the cause and severity of the disease, there will be different solutions.
Having sex without ejaculation is very unhealthy. This situation makes men vulnerable to psychology and guilt, even anger, irritability … psychological affect on both the partner and the quality of the relationship. In addition, not being able to ejaculate while having sex can also lead to infertility because sperm cannot ejaculate, causing pain in the lower abdomen during sex.
The doctor recommends that couples not hide their illness and be afraid to go to the doctor. Checking and treating early helps you to know the cause, thereby determining the direction of treatment. Treatment as soon, the more effective, avoid affecting fertility later.
