Vitamin C has always been considered essential for nail growth. Rub lemon slices on fingernails and toenails for 5 minutes, then rinse with warm water, do it at least once a day. Lemon will support nail growth, clean and kill bacteria.

Coconut oil

Massaging nails with coconut oil can help nails grow well because coconut oil is high in vitamin E, a strong antioxidant.

Orange juice

Orange helps increase collagen, an ingredient that helps a lot in the growth and maintenance of nails. Other antioxidants in oranges also help prevent nail infections. Soak nails in orange juice for about 10 minutes, then wash with warm water and apply lotion. You can do it every day until your nails get stronger.

Olive oil

If your nails are damaged, your nails are fragile, think about olive oil. Olive oil can easily penetrate the innermost layer of the nail, softening and reducing the dryness and breakage of the nail.
